Expenses and financial support



The conference fee is 300 EUR (or 450 USD or 1050 PLN). It will cover:

  • The registration fee;

  • One week of lodging;

  • All meals;

  • Transportation from/to Poznań (airport or railway station) to/from Będlewo on the arrival/departure day;

  • Conference dinner;

  • Local excursion.

The conference fee for an accompanying person is 280 EUR (or 420 USD or 950 PLN).

The Organizing Committee has secured some funds to cover (partially or completely) the local expences for a limited number of participants (priority will be given to PhD students presenting a talk and/or poster).
Payment for the conference can be made by bank transfer. Please keep a receipt and be ready to present it when you come to the Będlewo Center!
