SYMPOSIUM
ON INTEGRABLE SYSTEMS
July 8-9, 2024
Faculty
of Mathematics and Computer Science, ul. Słoneczna 54
University
of Warmia nad Mazury in Olsztyn
GENERAL
INFORMATION
The
conference concerns integrable systems and their applications. It is
a continuation of annual meetings of specialists in the field,
both from Poland and abroad. The purpose of the Symposium
is
also to exchange information on the latest trends in the field of
integrability and promotion of younger scientists. There is no
conference fee, we will provide coffee breaks, lunches
and
the conference dinner. If
you are interested in the participation please fill the registration
form (pdf,
docx)
and send it to e-mail address is2024@matman.uwm.edu.pl (the
title of the talk may be send later).
This year's Symposium is already the sixteenth in a series of meetings organized by different academic centers. Previous symposia were held in Gdańsk 2007, Poznań 2009 and 2018, Warsaw 2010 and 2019, Zielona Góra 2011 and 2021, Olsztyn 2012, Białystok 2013 and 2023, Kraków 2014, Łódź 2015 and 2022, Wrocław 2016, Lviv, Ukraine 2017.
The topics of the conference include (but are not limited to) the following:
differential Galois theory
integrable combinatorics
Painlevé equations
symmetries and symmetry reductions of differential and difference equations
algebro-geometric techniques in soliton theory
integrable differential equations in general relativity and geometry
quantum integrable systems
orthogonal polynomials and special functions
discrete
integrable systems
